Once you have made your purchase send us an email to mywallpaper@coolartistic.com with your order number and attach one picture or/and text no more than 35 characters. You will receive your free wallpaper in an email within 3 days.

For the creativity of free custom wallpapers, Coolartistic.com does not accept any material containing profanity or of a pornographic nature. Coolartistic.com reserves the right to decline any request for free wallpaper, and all wallpaper requests are fulfilled based on the discretion of the designers at Coolartistic.com. Your request will be declined if designers feel the wording is inappropriate in any way.

Coolartistic.com will allow one change to the wallpaper artwork, after the change has been performed, the wallpaper will be emailed to the customer reguardless of it being correct, unless the error is found out to have been made by the Coolartistic.com designers.
